At the Higher Secondary level students are introduced to intensive study based as per their aptitudes. We have three streams: Humanities, Commerce and Science.
Humanities: English, Geography, Economics / Computer Science, Political Science, Mathematics / History
Commerce: English, Commerce, Accounts, Economics / Computer Science, Mathematics / Business Studies
Science: English, Chemistry, Physics, Biology / Computer Science, Mathematics
The optional subjects for all the three streams are:
Home Science, Physical Education, Psychology, Fashion Designing, Hindi / Bengali The Project works are conducted practically taking the students for surveys. Regular sessions are held for the Science stream's practical classes. Three terms are used to administer the exam. To improve teaching and learning, a combination of lecture techniques and the use of Smart Boards is employed in the teaching methodology.
